Where Mihsap started

Every month, the same mountain of paper.

An accounting practice in Türkiye looks after dozens of client companies, often hundreds. Every month each one sends in its invoices, receipts and bank statements. Someone in the practice had to type each document in, check it, decide which account it belongs to, and push it into the accounting software. Then do it again for the next client.

Mihsap took that on. Documents arrive by email, mobile app, integration or drag and drop. Mihsap reads them, extracts the data, proposes the entry and exports it to more than twenty accounting systems. It got very good at this, and accountants across the country made it part of their month.

What was left

Two jobs still sat with the accountant.

1The final check. Mihsap did the reading and the proposing, but a person still had to look at every invoice before it was approved. Thousands of quick yes-or-no decisions a month. Most of them obvious. All of them necessary.

2The questions. When a client called to ask what they had spent on fuel this quarter, or which invoices were still unpaid, the accountant went digging: through Mihsap's screens, through the accounting software, and out to Excel for anything more involved.

The choice

Build an AI team, or plug one in.

Mihsap could have hired an AI team and started from scratch: models, evaluation, infrastructure, and a long wait before anything reached an accountant. Instead they integrated InvisiDocs.

Mihsap's data connected once. Verification went onto the path documents already travel. The assistant went into the dashboard as a panel in Mihsap's own colours, and Mihsap decides which accountants see it. The features went live in days, under Mihsap's brand. Nobody using Mihsap sees InvisiDocs. They see Mihsap getting better.

What it turned into

Most invoices approve themselves. Most questions answer themselves.

AI Assessment, the second opinion. Every invoice Mihsap reads is now cross-checked by InvisiDocs. The two results are compared and the accountant sees a consistency score. When both agree, and they usually do, the invoice is approved automatically. The accountant's attention goes to the few that need it.

AI Response, ask instead of dig. Accountants ask in their own language, in the panel next to their work. What did this client spend on fuel this quarter? Which invoices are still unpaid? Prepare a spend report for June. The answer comes back in seconds, with the records behind it. No trip to Excel.

Less time on every invoice. The answer at hand when a client calls. More of the month for the work that needs an accountant.
